Our 2021 Reserve Chardonnay was fermented in 27% new French oak. The grapes were gently pressed as whole clusters and fermented to dryness in barrel. This wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged on the lees for ten months creating a deliciously silky palate.
Sourced entirely from Gran Moraine Vineyard, Yamhill-Carlton AVA
Fermented in barrel, 46% Stainless Steel barrels, 54% neutral French oak barrels. This wine did not go through malolactic fermentation and has no residual sugar which creates a beautifully crisp, refreshing palate.
Sourced from Gran Moraine Vineyard (Yamhill-Carlton AVA) and Aegrina Vineyard (McMinnville AVA) and aged in a balanced combination of stainless steel, neutral and new French oak.
