2021 Thoma Vineyard Pinot Noir
"Darkly alluring with a rich blend of cherry sauce, cloves, tobacoo, and dark chocolate. This is silky to the core, with vibrant acidity and cool-toned red and blue fruits flowing effortlessly across the palate. Saline minerals linger with rosy inner florals as the 2021 finishes fresh and long with gentle tannins tugging at the cheeks. A wonderfully balanced Dundee Pinot. Drinking Window: 2024-2032" 93 Points, Eric Guido, Vinous Media
"The Thoma Vineyard is a younger site on the northwest edge of the Dundee Hills. It's mostly Pommard with a little whole cluster; there is a great lift to the aromatics, with mushrooms, turned soils, forest floor, and dollops of sweet dark plum fruits. The palate is concentrated, and it's almost rustic elegance with authenticity—flavours of umami and earth, darker fruit marked by sweet cherries and red plums." 93 Points, Clive Pursehouse, Decanter
"Coming from the Dundee Hills, the 2021 Pinot Noir Thoma Vineyard is a dark ruby color and has a slightly more floral profile in the glass, with notes of violets, fresh cherries, lifted spices, and pine. It’s refreshing and medium-bodied, with a supple, silky texture and a clean finish. Drink 2024-2030." 91 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
